What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you accept to use the our Application, set your administrator password or create an account on behalf of other individuals within your organisation.
We also collect and store information that you provide as you capture Information Supply Chains in our application. This may include descriptive content on Information, Action, System and People nodes as described in this table:

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience. (Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs).
- To improve our application. (We continually strive to improve our application based on the information and feedback we receive from you).
- To ensure that our Application is able to deliver the outcomes promised. (Insights are generated from the attributes you provide against LINQ nodes)
- To ensure that our application stores and presents the information you capture correctly. (Your nodes are stored in our database which stores relationships and the node graph itself for presentation to you based on your authentication into the application.)
How do we protect your information?
We implement Double Key Encryption (Key Wrapping) with Amazon to ensure that your data relating to your LINQ account is kept safe. These keys are also used to encrypt the data held in our database relating to the content you capture through our application.
Any employee and/or contractors who provide services related to our application are obligated to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
Google Analytics is used to compile aggregate data about website traffic and interaction so that we can offer better website experiences and tools in the future. No personally identifiable information is collected. If you do not want your website visitor information to be collected by Google Analytics you can opt out by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Do we collect IP Addresses?
Yes. Our application gathers your IP address to assist with security, diagnosis of problems or support issues with our services. Again, information is gathered in aggregate only and cannot be traced to an individual user.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our application, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
